Our mission is to advance the awareness, understanding, and use of evidence-aligned reading instruction through collaboration, capacity-building, and respectful discourse in order to ensure the right to read for all children in Oregon. We will promote knowledge to reimagine the future of literacy education in Oregon. We believe all children can and deserve to learn to read and all educators can learn to teach them.
